Master Bathroom Remodel Complete

Wilson-Covington has proudly completed this lovely master bathroom and walk in closet remodel in Winston-Salem, NC. This included a complete remodel of both areas, custom etched shower glass, custom cabinets, and all other elements.

Dough Joe’s Upfit Reynolda Village Complete

Wilson-Covington was proud to work with Dough Joe’s and Wake Fores University on the upfit of this great space at Reynolda Village.

Robinhood Plaza Facade Nearly Complete

Wilson-Covington is nearly complete with the facade renovation for Robinhood Plaza in Winston-Salem, NC and the expansion of the Ace Hardware in the center. This work has been completed while all tenant spaces remain open and businesses operating as usual.

Residential Addition in Winston-Salem Begins

Wilson-Covington has removed additions to this home in Buena Vista, Winston-Salem, NC and prepares to add a master suite, garage, and bonus room space along with major site upgrades and front facade work.

Now Hiring- Commercial Project Manager

Wilson-Covington Construction Company is seeking to hire a full-time commercial Project Manager. Project size will range up to $10 million and may include but not limited to retail, grocery, warehouse, industrial, office, medical and other commercial projects. This position includes:

  1. Preconstruction work with clients
  2. Estimating from plans and specifications
  3. Budget estimates based on project scope and experience on similar projects
  4. Managing commercial projects from Preconstruction through project closeout
  5. Managing multiple commercial projects and Superintendents
  6. Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
  7. Creating project schedules and tracking and managing same
  8. Weekly project meetings
  9. Cost reporting and billing

Wilson-Covington is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. All travel expenses will be paid. Benefits include health insurance package, company vehicle, fuel expense, laptop, phone, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and paid holidays. Position will work from main office in Winston-Salem, NC. Salaried compensation will be based on work experience and written offer made prior to hiring.

Requirements for position:

  1. 5 years’ full-time work experience as Project Manager on similar size projects
  2. High-School Diploma or GED
  3. Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree preferred but not required
  4. Computer skills in estimating, job cost, scheduling, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Project
  5. Experience using Bluebeam and on-screen takeoff preferred but not required
  6. Experience using Sage Timberline preferred but not required

Main Street Methodist Church Addition Sitework in Progress

Wilson-Covington is working on an addition/connector building for Main Street Methodist Church in Kernersville, NC. This project highlights Wilson-Covington’s ability to work within a tight site while the customer continues daily operations- in this case the operations of the Church include a preschool and other church functions. These have been able to continue without interruption from the construction being performed.
