Wilson-Covington Completes Restoration of Bethabara “Log House”

Wilson-Covington is proud to have restored the 1830s Log House at Historic Bethabara Park. This work included replacing the existing shake roof with Lifepine Pressure Treated Pine Shakes, repairing roof framing. and repairing exterior trim. This is the firm’s 4th project at Historic Bethabara Park including the replacement of the 1753 Palisade Fort and extensive repairs on the Potters House.

This new store marks Wilson-Covington’s third new store for the grocer in the past year. Wilson-Covington is also in progress on a fourth new store on Reynolda Road in Winston-Salem, NC.

Wilson-Covington is pleased to begin the upfit of the classic 1901 “Arcade Building” in downtown Winston-Salem, the corner of 4th and Trade Streets. The approximately 9,000 square foot, 3 story building will be upfit for retail space.
